Plasticworks

Requirements
* Dremel (i use metal cut-off wheel EZ456)
* File
* Chisel
* Metal saw

1) Remove the drawer from the Color Classic chassis, slide out the logicboard, remove the speaker, harddisk and floppydrive and remove the metal shield.
2) Remove the complete wireloom. This is held in place by clips.
3) Remove the RED marked plastics by using the dremel.
It should look now like this.
4) Extend the slot for the logic board using a Dremel on both sides.

5) Because the new logic boards are much longer you have to extend the slot 40mm from the shown clip.

6) Cut with the Dremel a straight line until the first measured point.
7) The last thing that you have to do on the plastics is to cut out a slot for the new harness. The Slot has to be cut out at the 4cm line. Just cut out until it fixes with the connector of the new logicboard and the new harness.
8) If your cutting is done your new logic board should slide in smoothly into the connector of the new harness.
9) The backside of the logicboard should be lined up with the frame.
